At MTC, we pride ourselves on accuracy, and experience very few manufacturing errors. However, sometimes mistakes happen and we do what we can to rectify them quickly without stressing out our clients. If our products were made overseas, they would have to return to the same factory to be rectified. It wouldn’t be the quick and easy process we are familiar with.

The team at MTC like to know exactly what’s going on at every point of the manufacturing process. We personally check that correct fabrics arrive in workrooms (where we can). Occasionally we have complex jobs that require an out-of-the-box solution where we need to work with our workrooms to create customised solutions.

New Zealand manufacture some beautiful high-quality fabrics, which we tend to favour in our collection of samples.
